What personal data we collect, why, where it is kept, and your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

EeZ Invest Pvt Ltd (“we”), which runs Be Financially Literate, is responsible for the personal data described here.

What we collect

  • When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email or an enquiry form: your name, phone number, email and your message.
  • When you enrol: your name, phone number, email and the details needed for your GST invoice.
  • When you study with us: your batch, attendance and course progress.
  • When you pay: payments are handled by Paytm. Your card, UPI or bank details go to Paytm and never reach us. We only receive the payment status, amount and transaction reference.

Why we use it

  • To answer your questions and help you choose a course.
  • To enrol you, confirm your batch and send class updates.
  • To issue invoices and receipts, and to meet tax and legal requirements.
  • To record attendance and issue course completion certificates.

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

Where it is kept

We use trusted service providers to store and process your data:

  • Zoho: enquiries, student records, classes, online courses (TrainerCentral) and invoices.
  • Paytm: online payments.
  • Cloudflare: hosting and security for this website.
  • WhatsApp: if you message us there.

How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as we need it for the reasons above. Invoice and payment records are kept for the period required by Indian tax law.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and has no ads or tracking pixels. To count visits, we use only Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site from bots.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:

  • ask what personal data we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct, complete or update it;
  • ask us to delete it, unless we must keep it by law;
  • withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect anything done before you withdrew it);
  • nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or are unable to;
  • raise a complaint with our grievance officer, and then with the Data Protection Board of India.
