Training & Attendance Policy
How course validity, attendance and missed classes work, so you can plan your learning and finish on time.

Starting your course
Your registration is valid for 3 months from the date of payment. If you do not start your course within this period, the registration lapses and the fee is forfeited.
Once classes start, the course validity period below applies.
Course validity
Every course has a validity period: the course duration plus buffer days. Your validity starts from your first class. When the validity period ends, your enrolment closes, even if some classes are still pending.

Classes and missed classes
- Classes run on the batch schedule whether or not you attend.
- Missed classes are not repeated individually. You cover missed topics through notes and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Classroom students do not get online recordings or TrainerCentral access.
- When you return after missing classes, you join the batch at its current topic. You may attend the topics you missed in a later batch, only within your validity and subject to seat availability.
Leave
- Please inform us at least 24 hours before you miss a class.
- For a medical or family emergency, you may request one pause of up to 15 days, in writing. This is at management’s discretion.
Attendance and certificate
- You need at least 75% attendance to receive the institute’s course completion certificate.
- Attendance is recorded with a one-time code for each class.
- NCFM certificates are issued by NSE Academy after you pass the exam, not by us. NCFM exam fees are separate. You pay them directly to NSE Academy, and they are not part of our course fee.
Extension after validity ends
If your validity ends, you can take a one-time extension of 30 days from the date your original validity ends, by paying 30% of the course fee + GST. Only one extension is allowed. After that, you must enrol in the course again at the full fee.
Fees and refunds
Fees are one-time and cannot be transferred to another person or another course. Course fees are non-refundable once paid. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
Conduct
- Please be on time. Entry more than 15 minutes after the class starts is at the trainer’s discretion.
