Refund & Cancellation Policy
Please read this before you pay. It applies to all classroom and online courses.

This policy applies to payments made to EeZ Invest Pvt Ltd for courses offered under the Be Financially Literate brand.
Course fees
- Course fees are non-refundable once paid.
- Fees are one-time and cannot be transferred to another person or another course.
- NCFM exam fees are separate. You pay them directly to NSE Academy, and they are not part of our course fee.
Registration period
Your registration is valid for 3 months from the date of payment. If you do not start your course within this period, the registration lapses and the fee is forfeited.

If we cancel or reschedule a batch
If we cancel or reschedule a batch, you choose either a full refund or a seat in the next batch. A refund is made to the original payment method within 8–10 working days.
Duplicate or failed payments
Duplicate or failed payments are refunded to the original payment method within 8–10 working days.
Extension after validity ends
If your validity ends, you can take a one-time extension of 30 days from the date your original validity ends, by paying 30% of the course fee + GST. Only one extension is allowed. After that, you must enrol in the course again at the full fee.
