Who we are

Be Financially Literate is a brand of EeZ Invest Pvt Ltd, 304, 3rd Floor, Vantage Line Mall, Bandlaguda Jagir, Hyderabad, Telangana 500086. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean EeZ Invest Pvt Ltd. By using this website or enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms.

What we offer

  • We provide education and training on the financial markets, in a classroom and online.
  • We give no investment advice, stock tips or portfolio management. We are not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser or research analyst. See our Disclaimer.
  • Our courses prepare you for NCFM exams conducted by NSE Academy. NCFM certificates are issued by NSE Academy after you pass the exam, not by us. We cannot guarantee that you will pass.

Fees and payment

  • Fees are shown in Indian rupees (₹). GST at 18% is extra. The amount shown at checkout is the final amount.
  • Fees are paid once, online. There are no instalments.
  • Fees are one-time and cannot be transferred to another person or another course.
  • NCFM exam fees are separate. You pay them directly to NSE Academy, and they are not part of our course fee.
  • Your GST invoice and receipt are emailed to you automatically right after payment.

Refunds and cancellation

  • Course fees are non-refundable once paid.
  • Your registration is valid for 3 months from the date of payment. If you do not start your course within this period, the registration lapses and the fee is forfeited.
  • If we cancel or reschedule a batch, you choose either a full refund or a seat in the next batch. A refund is made to the original payment method within 8–10 working days.
  • Duplicate or failed payments are refunded to the original payment method within 8–10 working days.

Course validity and attendance

Once classes start, the course validity period in our Training & Attendance Policy applies. Every course has a fixed validity period that starts from your first class. Missed classes are not repeated individually. If your validity ends, you can take a one-time extension of 30 days from the date your original validity ends, by paying 30% of the course fee + GST. Only one extension is allowed. After that, you must enrol in the course again at the full fee. Full details are in our Training & Attendance Policy.

Batches and schedules

After payment, our team will call you within 2 working days to confirm your batch, timings and start date. We may need to change a batch schedule or trainer. If we cancel or reschedule a batch, you choose either a full refund or a seat in the next batch. A refund is made to the original payment method within 8–10 working days.

Online courses

Online courses are delivered on TrainerCentral (by Zoho). Online courses: you get access on TrainerCentral right after purchase. TrainerCentral’s own terms also apply to your use of that platform.

Course materials

Notes, slides, videos and other course materials are for your personal learning only. Please do not copy, record, share or sell them without our written permission.

Your responsibility

Any trading or investing decisions you make are your own. Trading and investing in securities carry risk. We are not responsible for any profit or loss from your trading or investing.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, have jurisdiction.
